Condensation inside an electrical cabinet is a quiet killer. It corrodes terminals, shorts control boards and causes failures that are expensive to trace. NOXT cabinet dehumidifiers solve this at the source with semiconductor condensation: no compressor, no refrigerant, no moving parts to wear out. The range starts at a compact 40W model for small distribution boards and reaches a 120W stainless steel version for industrial cabinets and offshore towers. RS485 Modbus RTU is available on selected models, so a BMS or SCADA system reads cabinet humidity without anyone opening the door. Power options cover DC12V, DC24V and AC220V. Every unit ships with a datasheet, test report and a three-year warranty, and OEM branding starts at 100 pieces.

Temperature & Humidity Controllers

A cabinet heater and a fan only earn their place when they switch at the right moment. NOXT builds the controllers that decide that moment. The mechanical KTS and KTO series need no power wiring and switch on a 7K differential, so fans and heaters settle into a steady cycle instead of clicking every minute. The electronic SK3118 measures humidity to ±3%RH and sets its threshold anywhere from 35% to 95%. For a logged or displayed reading, the CZCS-F digital unit holds temperature to ±0.1°C on an LCD. All three families fit the same DIN-rail and cabinet climate system, so a buyer orders the controller, heater, dehumidifier and fan together in one package.

Cabinet Heaters

Cold cabinets collect condensation, condensation collects dust, and dust settles on contacts until one of them fails. A cabinet heater breaks that chain by keeping the inside above the dew point, so moisture never forms in the first place. The PTC element self-limits: as it heats, resistance rises, so the element cannot overheat and needs no external thermostat for basic protection. DJR-F moves 100W to 500W with forced circulation, while the CZ4060 runs on DC12V to 48V where mains is absent, and the DJR comb plate radiates heat with no fan for small enclosures. All mount on DIN rail and ship with a three-year warranty.

Heat Sink

Heat builds inside every powered cabinet, and moving air is the cheapest way to carry it out. Filter fans pull cool air through a replaceable dust screen and push hot air out, reaching up to 550m3/h at IP54, with IP55 available. Axial fans cover heavier loads, sized for drive cabinets, power supplies and control systems. Both families run on AC220V or DC24V or 48V. Pair any fan with a KTS011 thermostat and it switches on only when the cabinet heats up, which typically cuts fan energy by about a third. CE and RoHS certified, with a three-year warranty and OEM options from 200 pieces.

Cabinet Lighting & Accessories

A cabinet is only finished when the small parts fit together. Door-sensor LED lights switch on when the door opens, mounting brackets save a panel builder an hour of fiddling, sealing strips keep outdoor cabinets dry, and wiring parts make the install tidy. Brackets and seals are sized to match the heaters, dehumidifiers and controllers NOXT sells, so the parts a buyer orders together fit together. The CL-01 LED light runs on 12V or 24V with standard mounting geometry, brackets follow DIN-rail and M4 or M5 patterns, and sealing strips come in multiple cross-sections. Bulk pricing starts at 500 pieces, with private labeling available.
