AC Aluminum Alloy Cabinet Industrial Heater
The standard answer for mains-powered outdoor cabinets: the DJR-F uses an aluminum alloy body for fast heat transfer and a fan for even distribution, from 100W up to 500W. Ring main units, box substations, terminal boxes and outdoor switchgear are its home territory.
The Mains-Powered Workhorse for Outdoor Cabinets
Outdoor cabinets sit in weather, and the DJR-F is built for the places where mains power is available and condensation is a constant risk. An aluminum alloy body transfers heat fast and resists corrosion on coastal sites, while a fan spreads 100W to 500W evenly through the enclosure.
The PTC element self-limits its temperature, so the heater cannot overheat even in continuous operation, and a thermal fuse adds a second layer of protection. It operates from -40C to +70C. Pair it with a KTS011 thermostat for on-demand operation. A 100W unit covers a 100L cabinet in a moderate climate, 200-300W for cold regions, and 400-500W for large outdoor panels with wide temperature swings.
