Cabinet Heaters

Cold cabinets collect condensation, and condensation collects dust, and dust eventually collects on a failed contact. NOXT cabinet heaters break that chain with PTC ceramic elements that self-limit their own temperature: as the element heats up, its resistance rises, so it physically cannot overheat. The DJR-F aluminum alloy fan heater moves 100W to 500W with forced circulation. Where mains power is unavailable, the CZ4060 runs on DC12V, 24V or 48V for solar storage and telecom. The DJR comb-type plate radiates heat with no fan for small enclosures. All mount on DIN rail, integrate with our thermostats and hygrostats, ship with datasheet and test report, and carry a three-year warranty.

Why a Cabinet Heater Prevents the Real Failure

Cold cabinets collect condensation, condensation collects dust, and dust settles on contacts until one of them fails. A cabinet heater breaks that chain by keeping the inside above the dew point, so moisture never forms in the first place.

The PTC element self-limits: as it heats, resistance rises, so the element cannot overheat and needs no external thermostat for basic protection. DJR-F moves 100W to 500W with forced circulation, while the CZ4060 runs on DC12V to 48V where mains is absent, and the DJR comb plate radiates heat with no fan for small enclosures. All mount on DIN rail and ship with a three-year warranty.
