NOXT designs and manufactures enclosure climate control products — dehumidifiers, heaters, fans, and temperature controllers — for telecom, energy storage, industrial automation, and other outdoor or harsh-environment applications. The policies below explain what you can expect when you buy from us, work with us on a custom project, or need support after installation.
Warranty & Product Support
Standard warranty
NOXT products carry a 3-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If something fails within the warranty period and the issue is covered, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
What the warranty does not cover
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorized modification, operation outside the stated specifications, or normal wear on consumable parts. If you are unsure whether an issue is covered, contact us with the product model, serial number (if available), and a brief description of the fault. We will help you work it out.
Lifetime technical support
Warranty and non-warranty are not the same thing as support. Even after the warranty period ends, technical support remains available for the life of the product. Our engineers can help with wiring questions, controller setup, troubleshooting, and replacement part recommendations. Support does not automatically include free parts or on-site service — we will quote those separately when needed.
ODM & OEM Cooperation
When customization makes sense
Many projects need more than a catalog part: a different mounting layout, connector type, control logic, label, or packaging. NOXT supports ODM and OEM projects through our in-house R&D and production teams. Tell us your cabinet size, environment, power supply, and performance targets, and we will propose a practical solution rather than pushing a standard SKU that almost fits.
Typical process
- Requirements review — Share drawings, samples, or a written spec. We confirm feasibility and ask clarifying questions early.
- Proposal & sampling — We provide a technical proposal, lead time, and pricing. Pilot samples can be arranged for validation before volume production.
- Validation & production — After sample approval, we move to production with agreed inspection and delivery terms.
MOQ & lead time
Minimum order quantities and lead times depend on the product type and level of customization. Standard derivatives often start around 200 units for OEM labeling or minor changes; fully custom designs may require higher MOQs or tooling costs. We will state MOQ, sample cost, and delivery schedule clearly in the quotation — no hidden assumptions.
Your IP
Drawings, specifications, and branding materials you provide remain yours. We treat customer project information as confidential and do not share it with third parties without your written approval.
Quality & Certifications
Quality management
NOXT operates under an ISO 9001 quality management system. Incoming materials, in-process checks, and final inspection are part of routine production — not something we add only when a customer asks.
Product certifications
Products are designed and tested to meet applicable international requirements. Depending on the model, NOXT products hold or comply with certifications including CQC, CE, and RoHS. Specific certificates and test reports are available on request for your compliance files or project submissions.
Component selection
We use industrial-grade components suited to continuous operation in electrical cabinets and similar environments. Product life and reliability are design criteria, not afterthoughts.
Inspection & documentation
Production and inspection records can be provided for custom or volume orders when agreed in advance. If your project requires a particular test report, inspection checklist, or outgoing quality document, include that in your RFQ so we can confirm it upfront.
Service Response & After-Sales
Response time
For technical inquiries, order status, and after-sales issues, NOXT targets a response within 48 hours on business days. Urgent field problems — especially where equipment is down — should be marked urgent in your message so we can prioritize accordingly.
How to reach us
Use the Contact page or the Talk to Engineering form on the website. Include as much detail as you can: product model, quantity, installation environment, photos of the label or wiring, and any error symptoms. The more context you give, the faster we can help.
Returns & replacements
Defective products under warranty will be handled per the warranty section above. For non-warranty returns (wrong part ordered, etc.), contact us before shipping anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. We will confirm the return address, RMA reference, and any restocking terms in writing.
Spare parts & repairs
Replacement parts and repair services are available for most current models. Discontinued products may have limited parts availability — we will advise honestly if a model is near end-of-life.
Policy Updates
We may update these policies from time to time to reflect changes in products, regulations, or business practices. The version on this page is the current one. For questions about any policy above, contact us through the website or your usual NOXT sales representative.
