KTO012 is a compact mechanical normally‑closed thermostat for electrical cabinets, designed to control cabinet heaters and maintain proper internal temperature. It adopts bimetallic thermal sensing technology, stable and reliable without power supply.
DIN‑rail mounting saves cabinet space, widely used in control cabinets, power systems, machinery and renewable energy equipment to prevent condensation and low‑temperature faults.

It uses a bimetallic strip as the temperature sensor. When the cabinet temperature drops below the set value, the normallyu2011closed contact turns on to start the heater; when temperature rises above the preset point, the contact opens and stops heating. No external power supply is needed for detection.
KTO012 is normally closed, specially used to control cabinet heaters for lowu2011temperature heating and antiu2011condensation. If you need fan cooling control, please select normallyu2011open type thermostat.
It adopts standard DIN rail mounting. Snap it onto the DIN rail inside the electrical cabinet, then connect the wiring terminals with heater according to the wiring diagram. Installation and maintenance are convenient.
