SNEC 2026, the 19th International Solar Photovoltaic and Smart Energy Conference and Exhibition, ran from 3 to 5 June in Shanghai. NOXT hosted booth 8.1H-F113, where three days of talks centred on moisture control inside solar and storage enclosures.

Cabinet climate control for PV and storage
The stand carried the enclosure climate control range: semiconductor, split-type, smart grid and high-power cabinet dehumidifiers, AC and DC PTC cabinet heaters, combiner-type heating plates, IP54 filter fans, and the thermostat, hygrostat and digital controller line.
DC-powered units drew steady interest. Solar sites often supply control power straight from the panel or battery string, so equipment that runs on DC24V suits the installation without an extra converter.
What PV and storage teams asked
Combiner box and inverter cabinet owners described the same pattern: sealed enclosures that collect water after cool nights and lose insulation resistance over the following months. Their questions focused on sizing for small enclosures, since a combiner box holds far less air than an industrial control panel.
Battery container teams raised a harder problem. Large volumes, high internal load and a strict temperature window leave little room for error, and many asked how a dehumidifier interacts with the container HVAC rather than competing with it.
Follow-up from Shanghai
Requests logged at 8.1H-F113 were followed with sizing sheets and quotations after the show. Teams that supplied enclosure volume, ambient range and target humidity on the stand received a matched specification rather than a generic product list.
