REX011 explosion‑proof thermostat adopts bimetallic sensor structure with normally closed contact. Featuring high switching capacity, it can directly control matched heaters. It is a mechanical temperature controller with fast response and stable temperature accuracy.
Housed in an anodized aluminum shell and rated IP65 protection, the thermostat has obtained ATEX certification, perfectly adapted to hazardous explosive environments. It comes with fixed temperature setting for automatic operation without manual adjustment. The service life exceeds 100,000 cycles. It supports screw fixing or DIN rail installation and is equipped with high‑temperature silicone wire for reliable connection.

No. REX011 adopts fixed temperature setting. The trigger temperature is preset during production and cannot be adjusted manually on site. Custom temperature points are available before ordering.
IP65 means dustu2011tight and protected against lowu2011pressure water jets. It prevents dust accumulation and splash water, adapting to harsh onu2011site cabinet environments, but it cannot be immersed in water.
Two installation methods are optional: screw fixation with mounting bracket or 35mm DIN rail mounting. Aluminium mounting bracket is supplied, and highu2011temperature silicone wire is preu2011wired for convenient wiring.
