ELEKTRO 2026 ran from 8 to 10 June in Moscow, and NOXT hosted booth 4C060. Russian grid operators, panel builders and industrial contractors spent three days working through one question: how to keep electrical cabinets stable through a continental winter and a humid summer.

Heating and dehumidifying in one cabinet
Cold-climate cabinets face two opposite problems in the same enclosure. Winter drives internal temperatures below the dew point, so heaters carry most of the load. Summer humidity returns, and the same cabinet collects condensation on cold metal. The stand laid out both halves: AC and DC PTC cabinet heaters, combiner-type heating plates, thermostat-controlled fan heaters, plus semiconductor and high-power cabinet dehumidifiers.
Control gear tied the display together. Mechanical thermostats, electronic hygrostats and digital thermo-hygrostats let one cabinet switch both functions, which drew attention from visitors replacing separate controllers with a single unit.
What Russian visitors asked
Temperature range came up first. Visitors wanted to confirm operating limits for outdoor cabinets in regions where winter ambient drops far below what a standard heater curve assumes, and asked how the thermostat set point should be chosen for that climate.
Dust and sealing came second. Industrial sites in the region run high particulate loads, so filter fans and sealing strips were reviewed alongside dehumidifiers. Several panel builders asked how to retrofit heating into cabinets already installed on site, without drilling new holes in an IP-rated enclosure.
Local supply came third. Visitors asked about documentation language, spare part availability and lead time to Moscow, which shaped the commercial follow-up after the show.
Follow-up from Moscow
Enquiries logged at 4C060 were followed with sizing sheets, datasheets and quotations. Cabinets with both heating and dehumidification demand received a combined specification rather than two separate product lists.
