HG040 PTC heater is a compact DIN rail mounted enclosure heater designed for moisture-proof and dehumidification inside electrical cabinets. It adopts one-piece anodized extruded aluminum profile for efficient heat dissipation and stable long-time continuous operation.

This heater features wide AC/DC voltage input from 120V to 240V. The PTC heating resistor comes with temperature self-limiting function, heating power automatically adjusts according to ambient temperature. Equipped with cage clamp terminals for quick, simple wiring. UL94V-0 flame retardant plastic terminal housing ensures safety.

It clips onto standard 35mm DIN rail for easy installation. IP20 protection grade, supports operating temperature from -45°C to +70°C, max 90%RH non-condensing humidity environment. Heating capacity can be customized from 15W to 150W. It is commonly paired with thermostats KTO011, ZR011, MFR012, SK3110 to maintain cabinet temperature and prevent condensation damage.
