HGK047 is a compact DIN rail mount PTC aluminum heater designed for small electrical cabinets and control enclosures to prevent condensation and frost. It adopts extruded anodized aluminum profile housing, which delivers efficient heat dissipation and stable operation.
Equipped with self-limiting PTC resistor heating element, the heating power automatically adjusts according to ambient temperature, avoiding overheating risk. The heater comes with a 300mm long silicone connecting cable (3 x AWG 20, 0.5 mm²), flexible and heat-resistant for cabinet wiring. It can be quickly installed on standard 35mm DIN rail complying with EN 60715. The vertical airflow design ensures uniform heat circulation inside the cabinet.

PTC material will drop its power output automatically when temperature rises. It cannot reach extremely high surface temperature even under abnormal working conditions, which greatly reduces fire risk inside closed electrical cabinets.
Vertical airflow makes hot air rise naturally inside the cabinet to form full circulation. It eliminates cold spots effectively and prevents condensation at the bottom and corners of the enclosure.
